Summerford is a proud 4th generation, family-owned company that has kept its brand prospering since it all started in 1928.
What began as a small regional trucking company operating one truck is now Summerford Truck Line, Inc, a nationally recognized trucking company specializing in Flat Bed hauling in all 48 states. But that’s not all!
Being a family has allowed Summerford to expand and meet other needs in the community. In 1994,Summerford Pallet Company was formed to recycle and rebuild pallets picked up by the Truck Line. Summerford saw another need and Mulch Makers was formed to repurpose the pallets and other materials, not viable to be recycled, into mulch used on playgrounds and in yards.
